Order Processing
We handle orders from Monday to Friday. Once you place your order, processing begins within 1 business day, and your order will be shipped the following day.
Shipping Timeframes
After your order has been processed, it typically takes 1–2 business days for delivery within the United States. You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.
Sales Tax
We automatically calculate and apply sales tax to orders shipped to locations within the same state as our store.
Checking Your Order Status
Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with tracking information. Please note, it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking details to update. If your order hasn’t arrived within 3 days of receiving the shipping confirmation, reach out to us at support@equipesempire.com with your order number, and we’ll investigate.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Please be aware that some shipping carriers may have restrictions on delivering to P.O. Boxes. Be sure to check with your carrier or reach out to us for assistance.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We gladly accept returns within 60 days of delivery. If your order arrives damaged, email us at support@equipesempire.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We handle such cases individually and will do our best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
