Refund and Return Policy

If you need to return an item purchased from equipesempire.com, please follow the steps below within 60 days of receiving your order. Make sure to securely repackage the product in its original packaging. All returned items must be in good condition. In case your product arrives damaged, contact our Customer Service team right away.

You must use a traceable shipping method, like USPS or insured mail, to send your returns.

  • Standard products can be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Once we receive and inspect your return at our facility (usually within 72 hours), you’ll receive an email confirming the completion of your return. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the credit to appear in your account.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, simply email us at support@equipesempire.com with photos of the issue. There’s no need to send back the damaged item—we’ll ship a replacement immediately.


Incorrect or Misdescribed Items

If your order is incorrect or doesn’t match the description, contact us at support@equipesempire.com with photos of the item. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Once we see that the return is in transit, we’ll send out the correct item.


Change of Mind

If you change your mind after ordering, we’ve got you covered. We accept returns based on a Change of Mind policy.


Cancelling Your Order

We work quickly to process and ship orders. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. While we can’t guarantee cancellation before shipment, you can still return the order once you receive it.
